Beijing Hownew Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. established an internationally accepted ISO quality system and always insisted on producing high-quality products. From material selection to samples, then to mass manufacturing of products, and finally to product storage, delivery and stratification, HOWNEW ENERGY follow the principle of "Customers Priority and Quality First". Strict inspection rules have been made for each process to ensure product quality.
In order to ensure the accurate and timely provision of high-quality pipe fittings and after-sales service for this project, our company has made the following service plan and guarantee measures:
A: Due to the widespread application of our products in large-scale petrochemical and energy engineering, any negligence in any detail may lead to unpredictable consequences. Therefore, we must ensure that the quality of each product is highly reliable, and ensure that the quality assurance system is effectively implemented and operated within the enterprise, and implement various work requirements and behaviors, in order to ensure that the product quality meets various technical standards and user requirements.
B: We adopt a lean production process to comprehensively control quality. We strictly and effectively control raw material procurement, production processes, and inspection and testing to ensure zero defects and high quality of our products. Throughout the entire manufacturing process of the product, we strictly control the quality and conduct inspections in accordance with the contract, technical documents, and relevant standards and specifications. Unqualified products are not allowed to leave the factory. We accept supervision and inspection from users or commissioned third parties.
A: We strictly deliver the goods according to the time specified in the purchase contract, and conscientiously fulfill all the requirements and terms within the scope of the contract. The delivery date shall not be delayed unless due to uncontrollable human factors or reasons attributable to the purchaser.
B: In the production process, if the customer needs to suspend or make changes due to design and on-site construction reasons, our company will cooperate with them in a serious and timely manner.
C: After the product manufacturing is completed, we will carefully carry out factory inspections, package, shockproof, and moisture-proof according to the different situations of the product, and carry out on-site acceptance and handover work. Responsible for delivering to the delivery site according to user requirements and promptly notifying the purchaser.
A: Any quality issues caused by our company during the production process can be resolved by our company within the warranty period.
B: During the quality assurance period, if any quality issues are reported by users, regardless of whether they are caused by our company, we will actively assist in solving them and guarantee to provide solutions within 24 hours. If on-site handling is required, we will promptly dispatch service personnel to solve the problems. We take user satisfaction as the standard to ensure the interests of users and improve the reputation of the enterprise.
C: We have established production testing and technical records for our products to ensure that each product has traceability and is easy to access. We will regularly visit users, attach great importance to their feedback and evaluation, and continuously improve and perfect service measures.
